I am one of those guys that’s very passionate about real estate.  Unfortunately my job has taken me and my wife overseas. For those like me trying to invest in real estate can be very difficult from abroad, but that is not what this post is about. This post is about my latest project. The project is the development of an online real estate community.

This will be an online community forum dedicated to investing in real estate both residential and commercial.  Maybe I will add a category for those who are looking for information and interested in investing overseas, will see how much interest there is first.

Two days ago I registered the following domain names, after visiting the forum at CrowdGather.com, RealEstateInvestorsMeet.com, RealEstatesInvestorsTalk.com and RealEstateInvestorsHq.com plus the Property Investors version of the domain names.  CrowdGather.com is an online business dedicated to building online communities.

To help me determine which domain gets developed I will do keyword research for the domains utilizing the keyword in each.  For development I am researching vBulletin and Phpbb to see which offers more hacks and themes.  So far it seems as though vBulletin offers more of each plus I have some unique themes on my hard drive that can be coded for vBulletin.

For monetization I will be adding adsense and hopefully I can find a hack that works similar to the OIO Publisher plugin for wordpress.
